Claims (6)
1. Postupak određivanja prisutnosti ili odsutnosti protutijela koje se specifično veže na protein Ems virusa goveđe virusne dijareje (BVDV) u kompetitivnom ELISA ispitivanju, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak obuhvaća korake: a) inkubiranje uzorka goveđeg seruma u prisutnosti proteina Ems virusa kuge vitoroge antilope na koji se mogu vezati protutijela koja unakrsno reagiraju s proteinom Ems iz divljeg tipa BVDV, gdje se navedeni uzorak inkubira bilo prije ili istodobno s korakom b); b) dodavanje navedenog inkubiranog uzorka na ploču za ispitivanje, obloženu BVDV proteinom Ems, na koji se specifično veže navedeno protutijelo koje treba detektirati; i c) naknadno detektiranja prisutnosti ili odsutnosti navedenog protutijela u navedenom uzorku.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se navedeno protutijelo specifično veže na najmanje jedan epitop prisutan u BVDV proteinu Ems, no koji nije prisutan u proteinu Ems virusa kuge vitoroge antilope.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što prisutnost navedenog protutijela ukazuje daje životinja bilo zaražena divljim tipom BVDV ili je imunizirana uobičajenim cjepivom protiv BVDV.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što odsutnost navedenog protutijela ukazuje da životinja nije bila 1) zaražena divljim tipom BVDV, ili 2) imunizirana uobičajenim cjepivom protiv BVDV, ili je imunizirana kimemim virusom kuge koji eksprimira protein Ems virusa kuge vitoroge antilope.
5. Upotreba kompleta u kompetitivnom ELISA ispitivanju u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačena time što navedeni komplet sadrži ploču za ispitivanje, obloženu BVDV proteinom Ems, i reagense koji olakšavaju detektiranje prisutnosti ili odsutnosti protutijela protiv najmanje jednog BVDV Ems epitopa koji nije prisutan u proteinu Emsvirusa kuge vitoroge antilope, gdje je jedan od navedenih reagensa protein Ems virusa kuge vitoroge antilope na koji se vežu protutijela koja ukriženo reagiraju s BVDV Ems.
6. Upotreba kompleta u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačena time što je jedan od navedenih reagensa protutijelo koje se specifično veže na epitop prisutan kod divljeg tipa BVDV ili u uobičajenom cjepivu protiv BVDV, no gdje navedeni epitop nije prisutan u proteinu Ems virusa kuge vitoroge antilope.
