Claims (15)
1. Proizvod izrađen od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala koji sadrži središnji element (I) izveden između prvog i drugog armaturnog sloja (B) kako bi se obrazovala struktura (B)-(I)-(B), gde navedeni središnji element sadrži:- prvi i drugi strukturni sloj (A) od kojih svaki sadrži najmanje jednu iglama probijenu zastirku od vlakana termoplastičnog tipa, gde su navedeni strukturni slojevi (A) impregnirani termo-vezujućom smolom;- treći armaturni sloj (B) izveden između navedena dva strukturna sloja (A),gde se navedeni prvi, drugi i treći armaturni sloj (B) sastoje od vlaknastog materijala koji sadrži jedan ili više tipova vlakana odabranih iz grupe koja sadrži staklena vlakna, prirodna vlakna, ugljenična vlakna, vlakna bazalta, vlakna kevlara, vlakna aramida ili mešavinu takvih vlakana.
2. Proizvod prema prethodnom Zahtevu, gde navedeni središnji element (I) sadrži najmanje jedan odstojni element (S) izveden između prvog i drugog strukturnog elementa (A), gde navedeni odstojni element (S) sadrži zastirku od ekspandovanog termoplastičnog polimera impregniranog termo-vezujućom smolom.
3. Proizvod prema prethodnom Zahtevu, gde navedeni središnji element (I) sadrži dva odstojna elementa (S).
4. Proizvod prema Zahtevu 2 ili 3, gde je između svakog odstojnog elementa (S) i strukturnog sloja (A) najbližem njemu, ili između dva susedna odstojna elementa izveden najmanje jedan armaturni sloj (B).
5. Proizvod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahteva koji sadrži najmanje jedan spoljašnji sloj (D) prevlake nanet na navedeni prvi ili drugi armaturni sloj (E) strukture (B)-(I)-(B), gde je navedeni spoljašnji sloj (D) prevlake odabran između sloja tekstila, prirodne kože, sintetičke kože ili ne-pletenog tekstila.
6. Proizvod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahteva, gde navedeni vlaknasti materijal navedenog armaturnog sloja (B) sadrži staklena vlakna i/ili prirodna vlakna pomešana sa jednim ili više tipova vlakana odabranih iz grupe koja sadrži ugljenična vlakna, vlakna bazalta, vlakna kevlara ili vlakna aramida.
7. Proizvod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahteva, gde su navedena termoplastična vlakna navedene zastirke probijene iglama odabrana iz grupe vlakana poliestera, vlakana poliamida, polipropilenskih vlakana ili njihovih mešavina a prvenstveno su vlakna poliestera.
8. Proizvod prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahteva, gde navedena zastirka od ekspandovanog termoplastičnog polimera navedenih odstojnih elemenata (S) sadrži polimer odabran iz grupe koja sadrži poliester, polipropilen, poliuretan, poliamid ili njihove mešavine; a prvenstveno poliester i/ili poliuretan.
9. Proizvod prema jednom ili više prethodnih Zahteva, gde spoljašnji strukturni slojevi (A) navedenog središnjeg elementa (I) sadrže zastirku od vlakana probijenu iglama.
10. Proizvod prema jednom ili više Zahteva 2 do 9, gde navedena zastirka od ekspandovanog termoplastičnog polimera navedenog odstojnog elementa (S) sadrži poliester i/ili poliuretanski polimer.
11. Proizvod prema jednom ili više prethodnih Zahteva, gde koegzistiraju najmanje dva dela višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala različitih debljina.
12. Komponenta za automobile koja sadrži proizvod izrađen od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala prema bilo kojem od prethodnih Zahteva.
13. Postupak pripreme proizvoda izrađenog od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala prema Zahtevu 1 koji sadrži korake: (i) slaganja navedenih strukturnih slojeva (A) i navedenih armaturnih slojeva (B) jednih na druge formiranjem višeslojnog paketa;(ii) vrelim-presovanjem navedenog višeslojnog paketa u kalupu i dobijanjem navedenog proizvoda izrađenog od višeslojnog kompozitnog materijala.
14. Postupak prema prethodnom Zahtevu, gde se korak (ii) izvršava na temperaturi koja može varirati od 90°C do 180°C, a prvenstveno od 110°C do 150°C.
15. Postupak prema Zahtevu 13 ili 14, gde navedeni korak (i) takođe sadrži umetanje jednog ili više dodatnih slojeva materijala između slojeva navedenog višeslojnog paketa u skladu sa željenom sekvencom slaganja slojeva, gde su navedeni slojevi odabrani između: * odstojnog elementa (S) koji sadrži zastirku od ekspandovanog termoplastičnog polimera impregniranu termo-vezujućom smolom; * sloj (D) prevlake odabran između sloja tekstila, prirodne kože, sintetičke kože ili ne-pletenog tekstila.
