Изобретение относится к винодельческой промышленности, а именно к способам сульфитации винодельческих продуктов.Способ сульфитации винодельческого продукта, согласно изобретению, предусматривает приготовление водного раствора сульфита калия, добавление в него винной кислоты в твердой форме или в форме водного раствора, интенсивное перемешивание с опциональным отделением сформированного осадка, а также введение смеси в винодельческий продукт.
