Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a siropului de zahăr destinat producerii vinului.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede acidifierea vinului materie primă tratat prin tratarea cu răşini schimbătoare de cationi în formă H+ cu substituirea cationilor sărurilor tartrice din vin cu cationi de hidrogen până la atingerea pH-lui de cel mult 2,5, dizolvarea zahărului în vinul acidifiat, sulfitarea şi păstrarea siropului de zahăr obţinut.
