Abstract

The invention relates to mechanical engineering industry, in particular to batch-type mixers, and can be used for preparation of semi-dry, mortar and concrete mixes.The batch-type mixer comprises a body (1) with semi-cylindrical bottom, mounted on supports (16), in the front walls of which is mounted a shaft (3) with mixing members, made in the form of radial rods (2). On the ends of the shaft (3) are fixed radial scrapers (5). At the radial rods (2) are fixed longitudinal rods (4). On the ends of the radial rods (2) are mounted longitudinal scrapers (10), containing knives (7) with an angle of attack equal to 30°. Each radial scraper (5) is pivotally connected to a radial pivot stud (7) with a bush (6), fixed on the shaft (3) near the side wall so that the radial scraper (5) forms with the side wall an angle of attack of 30°. At the free end of the pivot stud (7) is fixed a limiting splint (8), and in the middle of the bush (6) is fixed a stopper (9), contacting with the side wall. The longitudinal scrapers (10) are pivotally fixed on the ends of the radial rods (2) by means of tubes (15) and bolts (13), protected by means of elastic bushes (12).
