Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the oncologic surgery of locomotor apparatus, traumatology and vascular surgery and may be used in the treatment of skin and soft tissue tumors with the concrescence of bones, traumas, angiopathies, frostbites and high-degree burns.According to the invention, the method consists in that it is raised a dorsal flap by skin incision corresponding by the length and width to the disseminated pathological process, is performed the incision of soft tissues at the level of distal ends of the metatarsal bones maintaining the dorsalis pedis artery, is detached the flap from the bones, then at an angle are cut and treated the bones at this level, afterwards is raised a plantar flap with radical removal of the pathological focus and is form the stump, are ligated the arteries on the plantar side, are scraped and treated the ends of the bones by 2 cm in the proximal direction, and the edges are treated with the electric scalpel, is performed the full hemostasis, is drained the wound, after which is formed the stump by suturing the muscles with catgut, then is sutured the skin.
