Abstract
Inventia se refera la agricultura, în particular la metode de determinare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la seceta.Metoda, conform inventiei, include colectarea florilor complet deschise de fiecare genotip, separarea polenului din antere, divizarea polenului în doua fractii, fractia martor se amplaseaza pe o lama-portobiect uscata, iar fractia de proba se amplaseaza pe o lama-portobiect într-o picatura de solutie de sorbit de 85%, timp de 2 ore, apoi la microscop se determina dimensiunile grauncioarelor de polen cu ajutorul micrometrului ocular în fractiile martor si de proba, dupa care se determina raportul dimensiunilor grauncioarelor de polen ale fractiilor de proba si martor, exprimat în procente, totodata cu cât este mai mare acest raport, cu atât genotipul este mai rezistent la seceta.
