Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, şi anume la metodele de selectare a plantelor rezistente la salinizare.Esenţa invenţiei constă în izolarea în condiţii sterile a embrionilor din fructe imature peste 25 zile după polenizare, cultivarea lor pe mediu nutritiv care include 0,5...1,0% de masă de clorură de sodiu şi evidenţa embrionilor germinaţi, fiind selectate acele genotipuri de tomate care au supravieţuit pe acest mediu de cultivare.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în sporirea sensibilităţii şi eficienţei metodei propuse.
