Abstract
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la floricultură, şi poate fi utilizată pentru cultivarea şi selecţia gladiolelor.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include înmuierea bulbilor de gladiole înainte de plantare într-o soluţie apoasă de glicozidă steroidică 3-O-[β-D-glucopiranozil(1→2)]-[β-D- glucopiranozil(1→3)]-[β-D-glucopiranozil(1→4)]-β-D-galactopiranozidă-[(25R)-5α-furostan-2α, 3β, 22α, 26-tetraol]-26-O-β-D-glucopiranozidă de 0,025%, timp de 24 ore.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea germinaţiei şi a productivităţii bulbilor de gladiole.The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to floriculture, and may be used for the cultivation and selection of gladiolus. Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la floricultură, şi poate fi utilizată pentru cultivarea şi selecţia gladiolelor. The invention relates to agriculture, especially floriculture, and can be used for the cultivation and selection of gladioli.
Este cunoscut un procedeu de stimulare a germinaţiei bulbilor de gladiole, care constă în înmuierea acestora într-o soluţie de heteroauxină [1]. A procedure is known to stimulate the germination of gladiolus bulbs, which consists in soaking them in a heteroauxin solution [1].
Dezavantajul acestui procedeu constă în faptul că heteroauxina se referă la substanţele care sunt moderat periculoase pentru sănătatea omului. The disadvantage of this procedure is that heteroauxin refers to substances that are moderately dangerous for human health.

Exemplu de realizare a invenţiei Example of realization of the invention
În calitate de obiect de cercetare au servit soiurile de gladiole din ecotipul autohton Zeleonâi Dol 513 şi Milâi Drug 593. Bulbii cu coaja scarificată înainte de plantare au fost înmuiaţi timp de 24 ore în soluţia bioregulatorului de origine vegetală (Moldstim) în concentraţie de 0,025% (invenţia propusă). În calitate de martor au servit bulbii înmuiaţi în apă. Pentru comparaţie s-au utilizat bulbii înmuiaţi în soluţie de 0,01% de heteroauxină (cea mai apropiată soluţie). Bulbii au fost plantaţi câte 100 de bucăţi în 4 repetări. The gladiolus varieties from the autochthonous ecotype Zeleonâi Dol 513 and Milâi Drug 593 served as research objects. Analiza datelor obţinute arată că procedeul propus este eficient prin aceea că înmuierea bulbilor de gladiole într-o soluţie apoasă de glicozidă steroidică (Moldstim) a sporit cu 1,3…1,5 ori creşterea plantelor faţă de varianta martor şi faţă de varianta în care a fost utilizată heteroauxina, iar productivitatea bulbilor a sporit cu 10…12%. Roada bulbilor, care s-a format pe plantele obţinute din bulbii respectivi, a depăşit martorul de 2…3 ori. The analysis of the obtained data shows that the proposed procedure is effective in that the soaking of gladiolus bulbs in an aqueous solution of steroid glycoside (Moldstim) increased the growth of the plants by 1.3...1.5 times compared to the control variant and to the variant in which heteroauxin was used, and bulb productivity increased by 10...12%. The fruit of the bulbs, which was formed on the plants obtained from the respective bulbs, exceeded the control by 2...3 times.
