Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la agricultură, şi anume la un procedeu de cultivare a pătlăgelelor vinete. The invention relates to agriculture, namely to a process for cultivating eggplants.
Este cunoscut procedeul de sporire a recoltei pătlăgelelor vinete, cultivate în câmp, în urma înmuierii seminţelor înainte de semănat într-o soluţie apoasă de glicozide steroidice furostanolice [1]. The process of increasing the yield of eggplants grown in the field by soaking the seeds before sowing in an aqueous solution of furostanol steroid glycosides is known [1].
Însă acest procedeu nu este pe deplin efectiv şi cere surse suplimentare pentru obţinerea glicozidei furostanolice. However, this process is not fully effective and requires additional sources to obtain furostanol glycoside.
Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia propusă constă în prelungirea perioadei de fructificare şi sporirea productivităţii pătlăgelelor vinete. The problem solved by the proposed invention consists in extending the fruiting period and increasing the productivity of eggplants.
Procedeul de cultivare a pătlăgelelor vinete include înmuierea seminţelor de pătlăgele vinete înainte de semănat în decurs de 24 ore şi tratarea radiculară a răsadului obţinut la a 5-a zi după plantare cu o soluţie apoasă de 0,01% de 5, 4 ́-dimetilchempferol 3-O-β-D-(6 ́ ́-ɑ-L-ramnopiranozil)-glucopiranozidă (linarozidă), obţinută din plante de Linaria vulgaris Mill. prin extragere cu etanol şi butanol şi separare cromatografică, tratarea fiind efectuată cu un consum de 100 ml/plantă. Procedeul de obţinere a linarozidei constă în extragerea plantelor uscate de Linaria vulgaris Mill. cu etanol de 70%, concentrarea extractului cu purificarea ulterioară a acestuia cu cloroform. Produsul finit se extrage cu butanol-1, fracţiile butanolice se concentrează şi se cromatografiază pe gel de silice şi Sephadex G-50. Controlul linarozidei obţinute a fost efectuat pe plăci de silufol (Brevet MD 3866 C2 2009.03.31). Rezultatul constă în prelungirea perioadei de fructificare şi sporirea productivităţii pătlăgelelor vinete. The result is an extension of the fruiting period and an increase in the productivity of eggplants.
Exemplu de realizare Example of implementation
Cercetările au fost efectuate la Institutul de Genetică şi Fiziologie a Plantelor al AŞM în seră fără încălzire suplimentară, utilizându-se soiul de vinete semitimpurii Laura. Înainte de semănat o parte din seminţe au fost înmuiate în soluţie apoasă de 0,01% de linarozidă (invenţia propusă), iar altă parte de seminţe - în soluţie apoasă (0,01%) a produsului sumar al glicozidelor steroidice furostanolice (Somelongozidă), obţinute din rădăcini de vinete (cea mai apropiată soluţie). Ca martor au servit seminţele înmuiate în apă. Timpul înmuierii - 24 de ore. Seminţele tuturor variantelor au fost semănate în palete pentru creşterea răsadului. Răsadul a fost plantat în sol şi la a 5-a zi a fost efectuată tratarea radiculară a plantelor cu soluţii conform fiecărei variante (100 ml la o plantă). Experienţa a fost efectuată în 3 repetiţii. Fiecare variantă incluzând câte 30 plante. Suprafaţa totală - 22,5 m2. Seeds soaked in water served as a control. Soaking time - 24 hours. Seeds of all variants were sown in pallets for seedling growth. The seedling was planted in the soil and on the 5th day, root treatment of the plants with solutions according to each variant was carried out (100 ml per plant). The experiment was carried out in 3 repetitions. Each variant included 30 plants. Total area - 22.5 m2.

După numărul de fructe şi greutatea lor în toate recoltările, plantele tratate cu soluţia de linarozidă au fost superioare variantei martor şi celei mai apropiate soluţii. Productivitatea pătlăgelelor vinete în varianta, unde a fost utilizată soluţia de linarozidă, constituie 3,72 kg/m2, ceea ce depăşeşte cu 29,2% martorul şi cu 20,7% varianta celei mai apropiate soluţii. În rezultatul recalculării la hectar s-a stabilit că productivitatea plantelor de vinete prelucrate cu soluţie apoasă de linarozidă depăşeşte cea mai apropiată soluţie cu 6,4 t/ha şi martorul - cu 8,4 t/ha. Numărul total de fructe în varianta cu linarozidă a fost de 115, sau cu 16 mai mult decât în varianta celei mai apropiate soluţii şi cu 18 fructe mai mult decât martorul. Mai mult ca atât, numărul de fructe la plantele tratate cu linarozidă în a treia şi a patra recoltare au rămas la nivelul recoltării a doua (cea mai productivă), pe când martorul a demonstrat o diminuare a acestui parametru la recoltarea a treia cu 23 şi a patra - cu 11 fructe. Astfel, tratarea plantelor cu soluţia apoasă de linarozidă prelungeşte substanţial perioada de fructificare. As a result of recalculation per hectare, it was established that the productivity of eggplant plants processed with an aqueous solution of linaroside exceeds the closest solution by 6.4 t/ha and the control - by 8.4 t/ha. The total number of fruits in the variant with linaroside was 115, or 16 more than in the variant of the closest solution and 18 more fruits than the control. Moreover, the number of fruits in plants treated with linaroside in the third and fourth harvest remained at the level of the second harvest (the most productive), while the control showed a decrease in this parameter in the third harvest by 23 and the fourth - by 11 fruits. Thus, treating plants with the aqueous solution of linaroside substantially extends the fruiting period.
