Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul microbiologiei şi anume la un mediu pentru izolarea şi cultivarea microorganismelor din genul Campylobacter.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se propune un mediu pentru cultivarea microorganismelor Campylobacter jejuni/coli care are următoarea componenţă (% de masă): geloză peptonată - 3,4-4,6; acid L-glutamic - 0,12-0,25; metabisulfit de sodiu - 0,020-0,042; sulfat de fier - 0,020-0,042; sulfat de cobalt - 0,0005-0,0021; rifampicină - 0,01-0,03; cefazolină - 0,02-0,04; nizoral - 0,005-0,05 şi polimixină M sulfat - 0,01-0,02; apă distilată - restul.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în prelungirea termenului de păstrare a mediului de cultură în stare proaspătă, micşorarea termenului de apariţie a coloniilor în mediu şi simplificarea tehnologiei preparării mediului de cultură.
