Abstract
Изобретение относится к области микробиологии, в частности к средам для выделения и культивирования кампилобактерий.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что предлагаемая питательная среда для культивирования микроорганизмов Campylobacter jejuni/coli состоит из следующих ингредиентов (мас.%): пептонного агара 93,67-95,18; L-глютаминовой кислоты 3,17-4,89; метабисульфита натрия 0,65-0,79; сульфата железа 0,65-0,79; сульфата кобальта 0,02-0,03; рифампицина 0,01-0,03; цефазолина 0,02-0,04; низорала 0,005-0,05; полимиксина М сульфат 0,01-0,02.Технический результат изобретения состоит в удлинении сроков хранения свеже-приготовленной питательной среды, уменьшении сроков появления колоний на ее поверхности и упрощении технологии изготовления питательной среды.
