Abstract

The invention relates to the microbiology, namely, to the media for extraction and cultivation of campylobacteria. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed nutririent medium for cultivation of the Campylobacter jeujuni/coli microorganisms consists of following ingredients (mass %):peptone agar 93,67-95,18; L - glutominic acid 3,17 - 4,89; sodium metabisulphite 0,65-079; ferum sulphate 0,65-0,79; cobalt sulphate 0,02-0,03; rifampicin 0,01-0,03; cefazolin 0,02-0,04; nizoral 0,005-0,05; polymixin M sulphate 0,01-0,02.The technical result of the invention consists in the prolongation of fresh-prepared nutritive medium storage terms, reducing the appearance of colonus on its surface and nutritient medium production simplification.
