Abstract

The invention refers to microbiology and may be applied for cultivation and isolation of microorganisms Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli.The claimed medium contains casein hydrolizate, fermentative peptone, yeast extract, potassium chloride, agar, L-glutamic acid, sodium metabisulphite, ferrous sulphate, rifampycin, cefazolin, nizoral and polymixin M sulphate in the following ratio of ingredients, in mass % of dry substance;The result of the invention consists in the possibility of isolating the Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli microorganisms and growing of intertwined cultures with preservation of their cultural and morphological characteristics.
