Invenţia se referă la microbiologie şi poate fi aplicată pentru cultivarea şi izolarea microorganismelor Campylobacter jejuni şi Campylobacter coli.Mediul solicitat conţine hidrolizat de cazeină, peptonă fermentativă, extract de drojdii, clorură de potasiu, agar, acid L-glutamic, metabisulfit de sodiu, sulfat de fier, rifampicină, cefazolină, nizoral şi polimixină M sulfat, având următorul raport al ingredientelor, în % de masă de substanţă uscată:Rezultatul invenţiei constă în posibilitatea izolării microorganismelor Campylobacter jejuni şi Campylobacter coli şi creşterii culturilor repicabile cu păstrarea caracteristicilor cultural-morfo-logice.
