Изобретение относится к микробиологии и может быть использовано для культивирования и изоляции микроорганизмов Campylobacter jejuni и Campylobacter coli. Заявленная среда содержит гидролизат казеина, пептон ферментативный, экстракт дрожжевой, калий хлористый, агар, L-глютаминовую кислоту, метабисульфит натрия, сульфат железа, рифампицин, цефазолин, низорал и полимиксин М сульфат при следующем соотношении ингредиентов, в мас. % сухого вещества:Результат изобретения состоит в возможности изолирования микроорганизмов Campylobacter jejuni и Campylobacter coli и выращивания перевиваемых культур с сохра-нением их культурально-морфологических характеристик.
