Abstract

Invenţia se referă la microbiologie, şi anume la medii nutritive şi poate fi aplicată pentru izolarea, cultivarea şi diferenţierea coloniilor de Campylobacter jejuni şi Campylobacter coli.Mediul nutritiv conţine hidrolizat pancreatic de cazeină, peptonă fermentativă, extract de drojdii, clorură de potasiu, dihidrogenofosfat de potasiu, hidrogenofosfat de sodiu, L-glutamină, metabisulfit de sodiu, sulfat de fier, agar, rifampicină, cefazolină, nizoral şi polimixină M sulfat.Rezultatul constă în asigurarea menţinerii unui pH optimal pentru izolarea, cultivarea şi diferenţierea coloniilor de Campylobacter jejuni şi Campylobacter coli.
