Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un compus coordonativ nou din clasa salicilaldehidaţilor heterometalici polinucleari, şi anume la di(m- oxo)-[bis(salicilaldehidato) cupru] [di(nitratoacvabismutil)]. Compusul coordonativ heteronuclear solicitat posedă proprietăţi de semiconductor şi poate fi utilizat pentru confecţionarea rezistoarelor termoghidate.Esenţa invenţiei constă în sinteza unui nou salicilaldehidat heterometalic de cupru şi bismutil-di(m-oxo)-[bis(salicilaldehidato) cupru][di(nitratoacvabismutil)] cu formula generală.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în ameliorarea caracteristicilor semiconductoare ale termorezistoarelor, si anume: sensibilitatea creşte de 6-8 ori, iar coeficientul de temperatură al rezistenţei este de 6-10 ori mai înalt în comparaţie cu materialele semiconductoare aplicate în practică.
