Abstract
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, particularly to machines for building materials industry and can be used for briquetting of agricultural and industrial product and material waste.The pressing machine comprises a body (1) with a pressing chamber (2) made with an upper loading gate (6) and a lower gate, and equipped with oppositely directed about the axis of the body (1) horizontal punches (4) and an upper vertical punch (7) with drives. In the lower gate of the pressing chamber (2) are mounted a stopper and a pusher (9). The stopper is made in the form of a lower vertical punch (10), and the drives of the punches are made in the form of hydraulic cylinders mounted in the body (1).The process for pressing, according to the first embodiment, includes initially the simultaneous convergence of the upper and lower vertical punches until the contact with the surfaces of the horizontal punches, and then the successive convergence of the pairs of horizontal opposite punches with subsequent fixation after each cycle of each pair of opposite punches with a hydraulic lock.The process for pressing, according to the second embodiment, includes initially the movement of the lower vertical punch to the specified value with subsequent fixation with a hydraulic lock in this position for obtaining hollow products, subsequent movement of the upper vertical punch, then the successive convergence of the pairs of opposite horizontal punches with their subsequent fixation.
