Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to dentistry and can be used for regeneration of roots of immature permanent teeth in children.The method, according to the invention, consists in that are mechanically treated the root canals of the carious tooth, then it is performed the lavage of root canals with 0.5% sodium hypochlorite solution, and then is administered into the canals 0.1…0.5 ml of solution containing L-carnosine solution 0.1 mg/ml and 0.5% BioR solution, taken in the ratio of 1:1, then is re-administered in a week, month and three months, and after the sixth month is performed the lavage of root canals and is administered 0.1…0.5 ml of 0.5% BioR solution, at the same time after each procedure the root canals are temporarily filled, and after 9…12 months is performed the lavage of root canals, afterwards they are finally filled and is restored the crown of the tooth.
