Изобретение относится к оборудованию для переработки биомассы и может быть использовано в животноводстве, перерабатывающей и пищевой промышленностях, для изготовления комбинированных гранулированных комбикормов.Просеиватель для отделения пеллет содержит раму (1), на нижней стороне которой смонтирован бункер (2) с отверстием (3) для отвода пыли и отходов пеллет. Внутри рамы (1) установлено наклонное сито (4), состоящее из короба (8) и сетки (5), которое закреплено на раме (1), с его верхней и нижней стороны, посредством эластичных лент (11, 12), соединенных с эластичными подвесками (6, 7), на которых подвешено. Верхние концы эластичных подвесок (6, 7) закреплены на раме (1) посредством заклепок (13, 14), а нижние - закреплены к стенкам наклонного сита (4) посредством кронштейнов (15, 16), смонтированных ниже дна наклонного сита (4). Эластичные подвески (6) с верхней стороны наклонного сита (4) выполнены длиннее, чем подвески (7) с его нижней стороны. The elastic pendants (6) on the upper side of the inclined sieve (4) are longer than the pendants (7) on its lower side. On the frame (1), in the upper side of the inclined sieve (4), a vibrator motor (9) is fixed, which is connected to the wall of the inclined sieve (4), and in its lower side a hopper (10) is mounted for collecting sifted pellets.

Se cunoaşte un răcitor-ciuruitor pentru condiţionarea peletelor, care include un cadru, pe care este montat un buncăr pentru răcirea peletelor şi un ciuruitor înclinat, acţionat de un mecanism cu excentric şi montat pe patru suspensii elastice, fundul lui fiind executat în formă de sită. Sub ciuruitor este amplasat un buncăr conic pentru captarea rămăşiţelor de pelete şi un buncăr pentru captarea peletelor ciuruite, separate printr-un perete despărţitor. Ciuruitorul pentru separarea peletelor, conform invenţiei, înlătură dezavantajele menţionate mai sus prin aceea că conţine un cadru, pe partea de jos a căruia este montat un buncăr cu o gură de evacuare a prafului şi rămăşiţelor de pelete. În interiorul cadrului este amplasată o sită înclinată, formată dintr-o cutie şi o plasă, care este fixată de cadru, din părţile de sus şi de jos ale ei, prin intermediul unor benzi elastice, unite cu suspensii elastice, de care este suspendată. Capetele de sus ale suspensiilor elastice sunt fixate de cadru prin intermediul unor nituri, iar cele de jos sunt fixate de pereţii sitei înclinate prin intermediul unor suporturi, montate mai jos de fundul sitei înclinate. The mesh openings are made rectangular, their larger side being located perpendicular to the screen's inclination plane.

Ciuruitorul pentru separarea peletelor conţine un cadru 1, pe partea de jos a căruia este montat un buncăr 2 cu o gură 3 de evacuare a prafului şi rămăşiţelor de pelete. În interiorul cadrului 1 este amplasată o sită înclinată 4, formată dintr-o cutie 8 şi o plasă 5. Orificiile plasei 5 sunt executate dreptunghiulare, latura mai mare a lor fiind amplasată perpendicular planului de înclinare a sitei 4. Sita înclinată 4 este fixată de cadrul 1 din părţile de sus şi de jos ale ei, prin intermediul unor benzi elastice 11, 12, unite cu suspensiile elastice 6, 7, de care este suspendată. Capetele de sus ale suspensiilor elastice 6, 7 sunt fixate de cadrul 1 prin intermediul unor nituri 13, 14, iar cele de jos sunt fixate de pereţii sitei înclinate 4 prin intermediul unor suporturi 15, 16, montate mai jos de fundul sitei înclinate 4.
