Abstract
:Invenţia se referă la substanţele sulfoorganice, în special la procedeul de obţinere a acidului 2-oxi-4-(metiltio) butiric, care poate fi folosit ca supliment la furaje în agricultură.Scopul invenţiei - ridicarea calităţii produsului cu destinaţie specială şi anume: culoarea mai deschisă, viscozitatea redusă şi termorezistenţa mai înaltă, ce se obţine prin hidroliza 2-oxi-4-(metil-tio)- butironitrilului (HMBH) mai întâi cu acid sulfuric, care are concentraţia de 50-70% la temperatura de 25-65°C cu tratament ulterior a 2-oxi-4-(metiltio)-butiramidei obţinute cu acid sulfuric, în concentraţia de 30-50% la temperatura 89-120°C prin extracţia cu un dizolvant organic, care nu este miscibil cu apa şi reextracţia produsului cu destinaţie specială în prezenţa apei într-o cantitate de 5-12,2% de masă recalculat la extract.
