Description
Invenţia se referă la producţia de piese turnate, în special la dispozitive şi procedee de prelucrare a formelor de turnat. The invention relates to the production of castings, in particular to devices and processes for processing casting molds.
Este cunoscut, că în procesul tehnologic de obţinere a pieselor prin procedeul de turnat în forme din cauciuc (silicon), este prevăzută prelucrarea formelor de turnat cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf, de exemplu cu talc, grafit sau alte materiale similare, pentru a îmbunătăţi fluiditatea metalului lichid în formele de turnat, precum şi pentru a uşura extragerea pieselor din formele de turnat. De asemenea, materialul lubrifiant utilizat în formă de praf netezeşte uşor rugozităţile mici, existente pe suprafaţa formelor de turnat. It is known that in the technological process of obtaining parts by the process of casting in rubber (silicone) molds, the processing of the molds with a lubricating material in the form of powder, for example with talc, graphite or other similar materials, is provided to improve the fluidity of the liquid metal in the molds, as well as to facilitate the extraction of parts from the molds. Also, the lubricating material used in the form of powder easily smoothes small roughnesses existing on the surface of the molds.
Este cunoscut un procedeu de prelucrare a formelor de turnat cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf, care se efectuează manual prin pudrarea cu talc a formelor de turnat, instalate pe mese de lucru ventilate, dotate cu ventilatoare de aspiraţie pentru colectarea excesului de material lubrifiant în formă de praf [1]. Dezavantajele procedeului cunoscut sunt condiţiile de muncă dăunătoare în zona prelucrării formelor de turnat şi nemijlocit la locul de muncă, calitatea joasă de prelucrare a formelor de turnat cu materialul lubrifiant în formă de praf din cauza aplicării neuniforme a acestuia pe suprafeţele formelor de turnat, precum şi productivitatea scăzută. Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia constă în sporirea calităţii de prelucrare şi durabilităţii formelor de turnat, în automatizarea operaţiilor tehnologice de prelucrare a formelor de turnat, precum şi în elaborarea unui dispozitiv pentru realizarea procedeului. The problem solved by the invention consists in increasing the processing quality and durability of casting molds, in automating the technological operations of processing casting molds, as well as in developing a device for carrying out the process.
Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că dispozitivul de prelucrare a formelor de turnat cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf conţine un corp cu o masă de lucru şi un capac rabatabil, sub care, pe o ramă prin intermediul unor arcuri sunt montate nişte perii. În corp este instalat un electromotor de bază, unit cu un mecanism de acţionare a periilor şi cu un mecanism de rotire a discurilor, pe care sunt amplasate formele de turnat de prelucrare cu cavitatea deschisă în sus; un ventilator de aspiraţie cu o capacitate de acumulare, amplasată în corp sub masa de lucru; instalat pe rulmenţi, un arbore-manivelă, pe care sunt fixate periile, şi unit cu mecanismul de acţionare a periilor prin nişte semicuplaje demontabile; un mecanism vibrator de debitare a materialului lubrifiant în formă de praf pe suprafaţa internă a formelor, care conţine un electromotor suplimentar cu dezechilibru şi o tijă unită cu nişte capacităţi cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf, amplasate deasupra discurilor, de asemenea conţine un bloc de comandă a ciclului de lucru al dispozitivului de prelucrare a formelor de turnat. A basic electric motor is installed in the body, connected to a brush drive mechanism and a disk rotation mechanism, on which the processing casting molds are placed with the cavity open upwards; a suction fan with an accumulation capacity, located in the body under the work table; installed on bearings, a crankshaft, on which the brushes are fixed, and connected to the brush drive mechanism by removable half-couplings; a vibrating mechanism for dispensing the powdered lubricant onto the internal surface of the molds, which contains an additional unbalanced electric motor and a rod connected to some capacities with powdered lubricant, located above the discs, also contains a control block for the work cycle of the device for processing the casting molds.

Rezultatul tehnic constă în îmbunătăţirea calităţii de prelucrare a formelor de turnat cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf, sporirea durabilităţii formelor de turnat, automatizarea procesului tehnologic, precum şi sporirea productivităţii şi îmbunătăţirea condiţiilor de muncă. The technical result consists in improving the processing quality of casting molds with powdered lubricant, increasing the durability of casting molds, automating the technological process, as well as increasing productivity and improving working conditions.

Dispozitivul de prelucrare a formelor de turnat cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf conţine un corp 1 cu o masă de lucru 2 şi un capac rabatabil 3. În corpul 1 este amplasat un electromotor de bază 4, care transmite momentul de rotaţie la un mecanism 5 de acţionare a periilor 6, 6′ şi la un mecanism 7 de rotire a discurilor 8, 8′, pe care sunt amplasate formele de turnat de prelucrare cu cavitatea deschisă în sus, totodată suprafaţa de lucru a discurilor 8, 8′ este executată cu aderenţă sporită. În corpul 1 este instalat de asemenea un ventilator de aspiraţie 9 cu o capacitate de acumulare 10 a excesului de material lubrifiant în formă de praf, amplasată în corpul 1 sub masa de lucru 2. Periile 6, 6′ sunt montate pe o ramă 11 suspendată sub capacul rabatabil 3 prin arcuri 12 şi unită cu un arbore-manivelă 13. The brushes 6, 6′ are mounted on a frame 11 suspended under the hinged cover 3 by springs 12 and connected to a crank shaft 13. The crank shaft 13 is installed on bearings 14, 15 and connected to the brush drive mechanism 5 6, 6′ by removable half-couplings 16, 17. Under the hinged cover 3, a vibrating mechanism for dispensing powdered lubricant is also located, which contains an additional electromotor 18 with imbalance and a rod 19 connected to capacities 20, 21 with powdered lubricant, located above the discs 8, 8′. Dispozitivul funcţionează în modul următor. The device operates in the following mode.
Înainte de a începe procesul tehnologic de prelucrare a formelor de turnat din cauciuc (silicon) cu material lubrifiant în formă de praf, capacităţile 20, 21 se umplu cu talc, grafit sau alte materiale lubrifiante în formă de praf similare. Formele se instalează pe discurile 8, 8′ cu cavitatea deschisă în sus. La închiderea capacului rabatabil 3, periile 6, 6′ intră în cavităţile formelor de turnat, semicuplajele 16, 17 se angrenează, iar întrerupătorul de capăt (nu este arătat) conectează circuitul alimentării electrice. Se conectează electromotorul de bază 4, de la care momentul de rotaţie se transmite la un mecanism 5 de acţionare a periilor 6, 6′ şi la un mecanism 7 de rotire a discurilor 8, 8′. Momentul de rotaţie al mecanismului 5, prin semicuplajele 16 şi 17 se transmite la arborele-manivelă 13, care comunică o mişcare rectilinie alternativă periilor 6, 61, montate articulat pe rama 11, suspendată sub capacul rabatabil 3 prin arcuri 12. Sub acţiunea arcurilor 12, periile 6, 6′ contactează cu suprafeţele formelor de turnat, instalate pe discurile 8, 8′ şi, copiind profilul suprafeţei formelor, repartizează şi rodează materialul lubrifiant uniform pe toată suprafaţa formelor. Mişcarea rectilinie alternativă a periilor 6, 6′ şi rotaţia formelor de turnat asigură pudrarea uniformă şi rodarea materialului lubrifiant pe suprafeţele formelor. La conectarea electromotorului suplimentar 18 cu dezechilibru, prin tija 19 se transmit vibraţii la capacităţile 20, 21 cu material lubrifiant, care se debitează dozat pe suprafeţele formelor de turnat. Totodată excesul de material se aspiră cu ventilatorul de aspiraţie 9 şi se acumulează în capacitatea de acumulare 10 pentru utilizarea repetată. La sfârşitul ciclului de funcţionare electromotorul de bază 4 se deconectează, prin urmare, se opreşte rotaţia mecanismelor 5, 7, mişcarea periilor 6, 6′ şi rotaţia discurilor 8, 8′. Se deschide capacul rabatabil 3, totodată periile 6, 6′ se îndepărtează din cavitatea formelor de turnat, care se înlătură de pe discurile 8, 8′. The rotational moment of the mechanism 5, through the half-couplings 16 and 17, is transmitted to the crankshaft 13, which communicates an alternative rectilinear movement to the brushes 6, 61, hingedly mounted on the frame 11, suspended under the hinged cover 3 by springs 12. Under the action of the springs 12, the brushes 6, 6′ contact the surfaces of the casting molds, installed on the disks 8, 8′ and, copying the profile of the mold surface, distribute and grind the lubricating material uniformly over the entire surface of the molds. The alternative rectilinear movement of the brushes 6, 6′ and the rotation of the casting molds ensure uniform powdering and grinding of the lubricating material on the surfaces of the molds. When connecting the additional electric motor 18 with imbalance, vibrations are transmitted through the rod 19 to the capacities 20, 21 with lubricant, which is metered onto the surfaces of the molds. At the same time, the excess material is sucked in by the suction fan 9 and accumulated in the accumulation capacity 10 for repeated use. At the end of the operating cycle, the basic electric motor 4 is disconnected, therefore, the rotation of the mechanisms 5, 7, the movement of the brushes 6, 6′ and the rotation of the disks 8, 8′ are stopped. The hinged cover 3 is opened, at the same time the brushes 6, 6′ are removed from the cavity of the molds, which are removed from the disks 8, 8′. The device is ready for the next cycle of powdering the molds with lubricant in the form of powder.
