Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la construcţie, în special la procedee şi înzestrare tehnologică pentru prelucrarea materialelor polimere la termoplastautomate prin metoda de extruzie în articole în formă de plăci striate cu proeminenţe. The invention relates to construction, in particular to processes and technological equipment for processing polymer materials on thermoplastic machines by the extrusion method into articles in the form of ribbed plates with protrusions.
Este cunoscută forma şi procedeul de turnare a tubului de cartuş, care constă dintr-o matrice simetrică axei longitudinale şi o semimatrice cu racord şi poanson. Poansonul este executat în formă de bucşă, de-a lungul axei longitudinale a lui este instalată o tijă cu posibilitatea măririi suprafeţei de trecere a ajutajului inelar sub presiunea masei plastice topite. Partea frontală a racordului semimatricei şi partea frontală a bucşei poansonului formează ajutajul inelar pentru introducerea masei plastice topite. Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că procedeul de turnare a ţiglei din materiale termoplastice la termoplastautomat include asamblarea şi instalarea formei de turnare pe placa de reazem a termoplastautomatului, încărcarea materialului granulat în buncăr, admisia materialului în cilindrul cu şnec montat în termoplastautomat, încălzirea materialului până la topire, amestecarea lui cu şnecul până la omogenizare cu formarea unei mase vâscoase, admisia materialului în spaţiul cilindrului între şnec şi forma de turnare, reglarea volumului necesar de material cu ajutorul traductorului de presiune, după care materialul topit se injectează sub presiune prin ajutaj în forma de turnare a ţiglei, menţinerea după turnare a formei de turnare sub presiune şi răcirea prin intermediul debitării agentului de răcire în canelurile formei de turnare cu rotirea concomitentă a şnecului pentru admisia materialului, demontarea formei de turnare după răcire şi extracţia ţiglei din forma de turnare. Forma de turnare se asamblează şi se instalează pe placa de reazem a termoplastautomatului, după care începe încărcarea în buncăr a materialului granulat, de exemplu, polietilentereftalat (PET). După aceasta materialul se admite în spaţiul cilindrului între şnec şi forma de turnare, unde volumul necesar de material se reglează cu ajutorul traductorului de presiune, apoi se injectează sub presiune prin ajutaj în forma de turnare a ţiglei. După turnare forma de turnare este menţinută sub presiune şi se răceşte prin intermediul debitării agentului de răcire în canelurile formei de turnare cu rotirea concomitentă a şnecului pentru admisia materialului.
