Abstract

The invention relates to the construction, in particular to processes and technological equipment for processing polymeric materials in thermoplast-automatic machine by the method of extrusion into products in the form of corrugated plates with protrusions.The process for casting tiles form thermoplastic materials in the thermoplast-automatic machine includes the assembly and installation of the casting mold on the base plate of the thermoplast-automatic machine, loading of the granular material into the hopper, admission of material into the cylinder with a screw mounted in the thermoplast-automatic machine, heating of material to meltdown, stirring thereof with the screw up to homogenization to form a viscous mass, admission of material into the cylinder cavity between the screw and casting mold, regulation of the required volume of material with the help of the pressure sensor, after which the molten material is injected under pressure through a nozzle into the tile casting mold, maturing after casting under pressure of the casting mold and cooling by feeding the cooling agent into the grooves of the casting mold with the simultaneous rotation of the screw for feeding the material, disassembly of the casting mold after cooling and demolding of tiles.The mold for casting tile from thermoplastic material contains a matrix, made in the form of a corrugated plate with at least one longitudinal protrusion for the formation of the lower surface and two side locks of the tile, two walls and a punch, made with at least one protrusion for the formation of the upper surface and side locks of the tile. Symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the matrix there are made two through holes for tile fixation, and into the wall of the matrix and/or punch is made a hole, forming an annular nozzle.
