Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agronomie, selecţie şi poate fi aplicată în biotehnologie.Rezultatul tehnic constă în mărirea exactităţii, obiectivităţii determinării gradului de rezistenţă şi în accelerarea procesului de diagnostic al rezistenţei viţei de vie faţă de filoxera galicolă.Procedeul include studierea indicilor de apreciere a gradului de rezistenţă faţă de dăunători.Noutatea constă în aceea că în calitate de indici cercetaţi cu ajutorul metodei de microscopie se iau lungimea şi lăţimea celulelor epidermei superioare şi celulelor ţesutului parenchimatic, gradul rezistenţei fiind calculat conform formulei propuse. Pentru diagnosticul rezistenţei sunt alese numai frunzele apicale în stadiul optim de dezvoltare suficient pentru contaminare cu filoxeră. Rezistente sunt considerate soiurile cu gradul rezistenţei de 0-2,5, tolerante - cele cu 2,5-3,5 şi sensibile - cele cu peste 3,5.Termenul de apreciere a rezistenţei viţei de vie faţă de filoxera galicolă este redus de la 3 ani până la 15-20 de zile.
