Abstract

The invention relates to the engine construction, particularly to the process of operation of the piston internal-combustion engine and piston internal-combustion engine and may be used in stationary power plants and at transport facilities.The process foresees the addition of fuel detonating addition into the working medium that increases the combustion speed and so allows to use the gas expansion energy during the combustion process and to reduce the energy loss.The internal-combustion engine comprising a case (1), a cylinder unit (2) into which is installed the crankshaft (3), a head (6) into which are installed the inlet (7) and discharge valve (8), is provided with a compensator (9) and/or variable length rod (5) which are provided with conic telescopic compression (24) and variable rigidity springs (32) and hydrocylinders (13) and (30), which ensure a smooth, silent operation of the connecting rod-piston unit and the compensator.The compensator (9) is made in the form of a cylinder, in the lower cavity of which is placed the piston (27) taking the gas pressure in the superpiston space and in the upper part is formed a hydrocylinder. The presence of additional devices and the perfomance thereof allows to accumulate the energy in the gas expansion process and in a more complete way use it for the conversion into mechanical operation. The claimed engine constructions ensure a reliable operation when using a fuel having a law-octane number.
