Abstract
Изобретение относится к пищевой промышленности, а именно к производству кондитерских изделий, в частности безглютенового печенья.Безглютеновое печенье, согласно изобретению, производится из муки сориза, сахара, яиц, маргарина, бикарбоната натрия, ванилина, воды, пюре из тыквы, или пюре из моркови, с добавлением изюма, или кураги, или чернослива, или шоколадных хлопьев.Результат состоит в получении печенья предназначенного для людей с непереносимостью глютена, с повышенной энергетической ценностью, обогащенного пищевыми волокнами, с использованием местного дешевого и доступного сырья.
