Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi agricultură, în special la obţinerea stimulatorilor de creştere a plantelor din cianobacterii pentru utilizare în agricultură şi poate fi folosită la cultivarea gramineelor, plantelor aromatice, leguminoaselor.Procedeul de obţinere a stimulatorilor de creştere a plantelor din cianobacterii include cultivarea cianobacteriei Nostoc halophilum pe mediul Drew sau a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis pe mediul Zarrouk modificat, la temperatura de 28°C şi iluminarea de 2500-3500 lx, timp de 20 de zile, separarea biomasei de lichidul cultural prin filtrare, diluarea filtratului de 2-3 şi, respectiv, de 10-15 ori. Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în obţinerea stimulatorilor de creştere a plantelor din Nostoc halophilum sau Spirulina platensis cu un conţinut sporit de gibereline.
