Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie şi agricultură, în special la un procedeu de tratare a seminţelor înainte de semănat cu utilizarea unor stimulatori de creştere a plantelor produşi de cianobacterii şi poate fi utilizată la cultivarea gramineelor, plantelor aromatice, leguminoaselor.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include tratarea seminţelor timp de 24 de ore cu soluţie apoasă a lichidului cultural, obţinută prin cultivarea cianobacteriei Nostoc halophilum pe mediul Drew sau a cianobacteriei Spirulina platensis pe mediul Zarrouk modificat, la temperatura de 25-30°C şi iluminarea de 2500-3500 lx, timp de 20 de zile, separarea biomasei de lichidul cultural prin filtrare şi diluarea filtratului de 2 şi, respectiv, de 10 ori.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în majorarea procentului de germinare a seminţelor până la 90-100%.
