Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnica electrică de măsurat, în particular la senzori de etanol pe baza nanofirelor de oxid de cupru, obţinute direct pe suprafaţa unui microfir de cupru.Senzorul de etanol pe bază de oxid de cupru include un substrat dielectric, pe suprafaţa căruia, la margini opuse, sunt depuse două contacte din aur, între care este amplasat un microfir de cupru cu diametrul de 30 µm, formând suprafeţe de contact acoperite cu nanofire din oxid de cupru, obţinute prin acoperirea contactelor cu pulbere de cupru şi tratarea termică în aer la temperatura de 425°C timp de 2 ore.
