Abstract

Sarcina prezentei invenţii constă în elaborarea procedeului, conform căruia este posibilă obţinerea unui randament sporit al Z-1,2-diarilalilclorurilor cu formula generalăutilizate în calitate de produse intermediare la obţinerea agenţilor activi farmacologici,fungicizi şi antimicotici.Procedeul de obţinere stereoselectivă a substanţelor cu formula generală (1) constă în aceea că clorhidrinele cu formula IIîn care radicalii R1 şi R2, independent unul de altul, semnifică hidrogen, halogen, alchil, halogenalchil, alcoxi, halogenalcoxi sau radical aromatic nesubstituit sau substituit, iar n şi m semnifică 1, 2 sau 3, se deshidratează în eter inert sau ester al acidului carbonic în calitate de dizolvant în prezenţa anhidridei acidului carbonic sau cetenei respective şi acidului organic sau anorganic sau oleum la temperatura până la 50°C.Revendicări:9
