Abstract

Invenţia se referă la o instalaţie pentru obţinerea metanului şi a adaosului furajer.Instalaţia constă dintr-un bioreactor şi un electrolizor. Bioreactorul include un corp cilindric (1) cu fund conic (29), umplut cu încărcătură (2) pentru fixarea microflorei şi dotat cu racorduri de admisiune (3) şi de evacuare (5) a lichidului prelucrat, un racord cu închizător hidraulic (15) pentru evacuarea metanului, un racord de evacuare a sedimentului (30), o membrană înclinată (8), care nu ajunge până la fundul corpului separându-l în zonele acetogenă (10) şi metanogenă (14). În partea inferioară a zonei metanogene (14) este instalat un barbotor (13), sub care este amplasat orizontal un bloc tubular al electrolizorului (17), care include un tub ceramic poros (18) cu electrolit, în interiorul căruia coaxial este instalat un anod cilindric (25), iar în exteriorul tubului - un catod (26) executat în formă de ţeavă perforată cu electrozi din sârmă (27) fixaţi pe ea. Totodată, blocul tubular al electrolizorului (17) este unit prin intermediul unor racorduri de admisiune (19) şi de evacuare (20) a electrolitului, amplasate în exteriorul corpului (1) bioreactorului, cu un rezervor intermediar (22), care este dotat cu un dozator pentru apă (23), un nivelmetru (24) şi o pompă (21). Bioreactorul este dotat cu o ţeavă (12) cu închizător hidraulic (11), care uneşte partea superioară a zonei acetogene (10) cu barbotorul (13), racordul de admisiune (3) a lichidului prelucrat este dotat cu un agitator (4) pentru dozarea microadaosurilor, iar racordul de evacuare (5) este unit cu o cameră inelară (6) montată din exterior de partea superioară a corpului (1), coaxial lui.
