Abstract

The invention relates to electrochemical machining of metals and to the field of information technology and can be used for the creation of information systems for the identification of material resources, in particular, for the formation of databases of material resources, made of electroconducting materials, for example of machine parts, artillery barrels of medium and large caliber and other objects, for the production of which is used the electrochemical machining of metals. The electrochemical method for identification of an electrically conducting object includes application on the object of an identification tag, composed of an identification number, an information coordinate grid and an individual pattern, obtained electrochemically by applying an electric current to the object and to a tool electrode, with the working part in the form of a metal foil (1), fixed above the object with a gap (2), in which is served the pre-cooled electrolyte, additionally through the metal foil (1) is injected a random stream of electrons. The resulting tag is recorded into the computer memory, and identification of the object is carried out by comparing the tag on the object with the recorded one.The tool electrode for applying an individual pattern on an electrically conducting object includes a vacuum chamber (4) of dielectric material with the working part of metal foil (1), fixed on an inner substrate, made of a serpentine tube (3) connected to a cooled electrolyte supply system. In the vacuum chamber (4) is set a number pointed electrodes (5), which together with the metal foil (1) are connected to a high voltage source (7) by a random number generator (6), the metal foil (1) being connected to a low voltage source ( 8).
