Abstract
Inventia se refera la domeniul tehnologiilor informationale si poate fi utilizata pentru aplicarea marcajelor de identificare pe resursele materiale solide, atat metalice, cat si dielectrice. Procedeul de aplicare a marcajului de identificare pe resursele materiale solide include imprimarea pe acestea a unui numar de identificare, aplicarea pe el a unei grile informationale si suflarea suprafetei acesteia cu un jet de gaze cu un amestec de particule metalice, care se formeaza intr-un invelis cu o duza ultrasonica, in care sunt instalate pe suporturi dielectrice elemente electroconductoare ce se volatilizeaza eruptiv la impulsionare electrica. In calitate de elemente electroconductoare se utilizeaza sarma sau staniol.The invention relates to the field of information technologies and can be used to apply identification markings on solid material resources, both metallic and dielectric. The process of applying the identification mark on solid material resources includes printing an identification number on them, applying an informational grid on it and blowing its surface with a gas jet with a mixture of metallic particles, which are formed in a wrapped with an ultrasonic nozzle, in which are installed on dielectric supports electroconductive elements that volatilize eruptively at electrical impulse. As electroconductive elements, wire or tin is used.
