Abstract

Inventia se refera la domeniul tehnologiilor informationale si este destinata pentru identificarea resurselor materiale, in particular pentru identificarea articolelor din metal. Procedeul de aplicare a marcajului de identificare pe obiectul electroconductor consta in imprimarea pe obiect a unui numar de identificare, pe care se aplica mecanic o grila de coordonate cu aplicarea ulterioara pe aceasta a imaginii individuale, efectuata prin descarcari electrice intre obiect si un electrod cu un canal, la care se aplica tensiune inalta. Totodata in interstitiul dintre acestia prin canalul electrodului se debiteaza un amestec de prafuri electroconductoare disperse, obtinut prin combinarea unor tipuri de fractiuni de prafuri diferite dupa dimensiuni si continut. Instalatia pentru aplicarea imaginii individuale pe obiectul electroconductor prin descarcari electrice include un electrod (1), amplasat vertical si conectat la o sursa de tensiune inalta (2). In electrod (1) este executat un canal. Electrodul (1) este dotat cu un vibrator (3) si cu un sistem de introducere a amestecului de prafuri electroconductoare disperse in canalul electrodului (1). Sistemul consta din rezervoare (4) pentru prafuri electroconductoare disperse de tipuri de fractiuni diferite dupa dimensiuni si continut, care sunt dotate cu dozatoare de prafuri (6), conectate la un bloc central de control (7) prin intermediul unui generator de numere aleatorii (8). Racordurile rezervoarelor (4) sunt unite cu un dispozitiv de mixare (5), amplasat deasupra canalului electrodului (1).The invention relates to the field of information technologies and is intended for the identification of material resources, in particular for the identification of metal articles. The process of applying the identification mark on the electroconductive object consists in printing on the object an identification number, on which a coordinate grid is applied with the subsequent application on it of the individual image, carried out by electric discharges between the object and an electrode with a channel, to which high voltage is applied. At the same time, between them through the electrode channel a mixture of dispersed electroconductive powders is obtained, obtained by combining different types of fractions of different powders according to size and content. The installation for applying the individual image to the electroconductive object by means of electrical discharges includes an electrode (1), located vertically and connected to a high voltage source (2). In the electrode (1) a channel is executed. The electrode (1) is provided with a vibrator (3) and a system for introducing the mixture of dispersed electroconductive powders into the electrode channel (1). The system consists of reservoirs (4) for electroconductive dusts dispersed by different types of fractions according to size and content, which are equipped with dust dispensers (6), connected to a central control block (7) via a random number generator ( 8). The connections of the tanks (4) are joined by a mixing device (5), located above the electrode channel (1).
