Abstract

Inventia se refera la chimie, si anume la sinteza compusilor coordinativi din clasa tiosemicarbazonatilor metalelor de tranzitie, care isi pot gasi aplicare in medicina pentru profilaxia si tratarea cancerului prostatei. Esenta inventiei consta in sinteza percloratului de 5-R-saliciliden-4-feniltiosemicarbazonato(1-)-aquacupru(II) cu formula generala :unde R = Br, NO2. Ńompusii coordinativi poseda proprietati de inhibitori ai activitatii enzimei 17Beta-HSD (tipul 1), stimulator al proliferarii celulelor cancerului prostatei.The invention relates to chemistry, namely the synthesis of coordinating compounds in the class of transition metal thiosemicarbazates, which can be found in medicine for the prophylaxis and treatment of prostate cancer. The essence of the invention consists in the synthesis of 5-R-salicylidene-4-phenylthiososemicarbazonato (1 -) - aquacupru (II) perchlorate of the general formula: where R = Br, NO2. The coordinating compounds possess inhibitory properties of 17Beta-HSD enzyme activity (type 1), a stimulator of prostate cancer cell proliferation.
