Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnologia chimica a combustibililor, in particular la procedeele de prelucrare a materiei prime ce contine carbon, inclusiv a deseurilor menajere, prin piroliza si gazificarea componentei organice a materiei prime, si poate fi aplicata in industriile chimica, a combustibililor si energetica. Procedeul de prelucrare termochimica a materiei prime ce contine carbon include incarcarea materiei prime in camera de uscat ermetica; reincarcarea materiei prime uscate in reactorul de tip mina; formarea in reactor a unei coloane de materie prima permeabila la gaze; initierea arderii materiei prime in partea de fund a reactorului, in care materia prima se afla consecutiv in zonele de incalzire-uscare completa, piroliza, cocsificare, ardere-gazificare si racire; instalarea fluxului de abur si gaz prin materia prima prin debitarea agentului ce contine oxigen - aerului si vaporilor de apa in zona de racire; evacuarea din partea superioara a reactorului a produselor gazoase si lichide ale prelucrarii sub forma de produs-gaz,iar din partea de fund – a produselor solide ale prelucrarii; reglarea volumului si vitezei insuflarii aerului cu abur si/sau volumului si vitezei evacuarii produsului-gaz si/sau cantitatii de produse solide descarcate ale prelucrarii si/sau cantitatii de materie prima incarcata in reactor pentru mentinerea temperaturii in zona de ardere de 900…1200°C, in zona de cocsificare de 850…950°C, in zona de piroliza de 550…600°C, a temperaturii produsului-gaz evacuat din reactor de 300…350°C. Totodata, la debitarea din reactor a produsului-gaz in camera de uscat materia prima se incalzeste pana la temperatura de 200…300°C, iar produsul-gaz se evacueaza din camera de uscat la temperatura de 150…200°C.The invention relates to chemical fuel technology, in particular to processes for the processing of carbon-containing raw materials, including household waste, by pyrolysis and gasification of the organic component of the raw material, and can be applied in the chemical, fuel and energy industries. The process of thermochemical processing of carbon-containing raw material includes loading the raw material into the hermetic drying chamber; recharging the dry raw material in the mine reactor; formation in the reactor of a column of gas-permeable raw material; initiating the combustion of the raw material in the bottom of the reactor, in which the raw material is consecutively in the areas of complete heating-drying, pyrolysis, coking, combustion-gasification and cooling; installation of steam and gas flow through the raw material by cutting the agent containing oxygen - air and water vapor in the cooling zone; the evacuation from the upper part of the reactor of the gaseous and liquid products of the processing in the form of gas-product, and from the bottom - of the solid products of the processing; adjusting the volume and speed of air blowing with steam and / or the volume and speed of product-gas discharge and / or the amount of discharged solid products of processing and / or the amount of raw material loaded in the reactor to maintain the temperature in the combustion zone of 900… 1200 ° C, in the coking zone of 850… 950 ° C, in the pyrolysis zone of 550… 600 ° C, of the temperature of the product-gas discharged from the reactor of 300… 350 ° C.
