Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la chirurgie si poate fi utilizata pentru plastia portiunii cervicale a traheii cu stenoza dupa inchidereatraheostomelor. Autotransplantul pentru plastia traheii cu stenoza este preparat din coasta si contine o fasie de periost cu o portiune de os cu toate straturile de forma unui romb amplasat in centrul fasiei. Metoda de plastie a traheii cu stenoza consta in aceea ca bolnavul se intubeaza cu tubul endotraheal pana la portiunea stenozata, se excizeaza portiunea stenozata in forma de romb pe o zona de 1…2 inele traheale, apoi tubul endotraheal se introduce mai jos de plaga si se umfla balonasul lui de aer, se pregateste autotransplantul mentionat, si anume cu portiunea de os in forma de rombde dimensiuni identice cu portiunea stenozata excizata, portiunea de os a autotransplantului se introduce in plaga traheii si se sutureaza, iar fasiade periost se aplica din exterior in jurul traheii si se sutureaza.
