Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, anume la oncologie, şi poate fi folosită pentru plastia faringelui în urma extirpării tumorilor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că în calitate de suport rigid este folosit un material biologic osteomatrix forte în formă de potcoavă cu canale perforante, separate încrucişat. Metoda de plastie include extirparea în bloc a laringelui, peretelui faringian anterior şi osului hioid. Apoi în profunzimea muşchilor bazei limbii se aplică transplantul cu extremităţile îndreptate posterior şi fixate separat de canalele lui perforante şi muşchii planşeului bucal şi cei pretraheali. Urmează prepararea lamboului deltopectoral fasciocutanat pentru acoperirea defectului din regiunea cervicală.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unui lumen faringian fiziologic de o biocompatibilitate înaltă.
