Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi poate fi utilizată pentru plastia porţiunii cervicale a traheii cu stenoză după închiderea traheostomelor.Autotransplantul pentru plastia traheii cu stenoză este preparat din coastă şi conţine o fâşie de periost cu o porţiune de os cu toate straturile de forma unui romb amplasat în centrul fâşiei.Metoda de plastie a traheii cu stenoză constă în aceea că bolnavul se intubează cu tubul endotraheal până la porţiunea stenozată, se excizează porţiunea stenozată în formă de romb pe o zonă de 1…2 inele traheale, apoi tubul endotraheal se introduce mai jos de plagă şi se umflă balonaşul lui de aer, se pregăteşte autotransplantul menţionat, şi anume cu porţiunea de os în formă de romb de dimensiuni identice cu porţiunea stenozată excizată, porţiunea de os a autotransplantului se introduce în plaga traheii şi se suturează, iar fâşia de periost se aplică din exterior în jurul traheii şi se suturează.
