Abstract

The invention relates to road construction and can be used for the construction and repair of movement-expansion joints of the rigid pavement.The section of rigid pavement with movement-expansion joint contains, vertically arranged upwards, a roadbed (1) with working layer, layer/layers of the base (2) and slabs (3), arranged on the base (2) with the formation of a joint (4). Along the joint (4) under the slabs (3) on the working layer of the roadbed (1) is placed a rigid foundation (5). The end sections of the slabs (3) are installed on the base (2) and the upper surface of the rigid foundation (5) with the possibility of movement.The process for the repair of rigid pavement on the section of location of the movement-expansion joint consists in that along the joint line under the slabs is made a recess of the layer/layers of the base and the working layer of the roadbed with the formation of a tunnel. The slabs are installed and fixed in the design position. In the formed tunnel is placed an elastic hermetic insulating hose, in which is carried out injection of a cement-concrete mix with the formation of a foundation under the slabs. After obtaining the working strength of the cement-concrete mix in the hose, the slabs are released from latches.
