Abstract

Inventia se refera la biotehnologie si poate fi utilizata in agricultura pentru adaptarea la conditii ex vitro a plantelor obtinute in vitro. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include spalarea si tratarea radacinilor de plante ńu solutie de 1% de KMnO4, apoi cu solutie ce contine 25 mg/L Moldstim timp de 2 minute, plantarea plantelor pe substrat desol dezinfectat cu solutie de 1% de KMnO4 in paharele de plastic acoperite cu pelicula transparenta si cultivarea lor la temperatura de 25…27°C cu fotoperioada de 16 ore pana la aparitia unei frunzulite noi. Rezultatul consta in cresterea numarului de plante ce supravietuiesc la transferul din conditiile in vitro in conditii ex vitro.
