Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к проктологии и хирургии осложнений цирроза печени и может быть использовано для лечения варикозных ректальных кровотечений при циррогенной портальной гипертензии.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что выполняют три разреза по 1,0…1,5 см для лапароскопических инструментов, а именно один разрез на 1 см ниже пупка, второй и третий разрезы на 2 см выше и, соответственно, на 2 см медиальнее передней верхней подвздошной ости, лапароскопически поднимают ободочную сигмовидную кишку, мобилизуют, отрезают и лигируют верхнюю ректальную вену и артерию на уровне ректо-сигмоидального перехода, после чего операционные раны ушивают.
