Abstract

Soiul de păr (Pirus communis L.) Vâstavocinaia este obţinut prin hibridarea soiurilor Triumf de Vienne × Olivier de Serres, destinat pentru fructe, consumate în stare proaspătă şi raionat în Republica Moldova pentru toate zonele pomicole. Pomul este de vigoare medie cu coroana piramidală. Ramurile de schelet formează cu tulpina un unghi mare. Formaţiunile de rod se repartizează uniform în toată coroana. Rodeşte anual, abundent. Fructele sunt mari cu masa medie 250-280 g. Pieliţa este netedă de culoare verde-deschisă în timpul recoltării şi galbenă - după păstrare. Pe partea însorită se observă uneori rumeneală portocalie slabă. Pulpa este crem-albă, suculentă, untoasă, dulce-acidulată cu aromă uşoară. Recoltarea fructelor are loc la 4-20 octombrie. Fructele se păstrează 2-3 luni. Soiul este compatibil cu portaltoiul de gutui. Pomii intră pe rod peste 5-6 ani după plantare. La al 7-lea an dau o roadă de 20-30 kg. Soiul este autofertil. Înfloreşte în termene mijlocii. Ca cei mai buni polenizatori servesc soiurile Beurre Bosc, Bronzovaia.
