Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la viticultură şi poate fi folosită la aprecierea gradului de asigurare a plantelor cu fier şi în selecţie la alegerea soiurilor rezistente la cloroză.Esenţa invenţiei constă în colectarea frunzelor de viţă de vie, incubarea lor cu acid levulinic, macerarea, extragerea cu tampon citric, centrifugarea şi determinarea spectrofotometrică a acidului 5-aminolevulinic, după conţinutul căruia se apreciază asigurarea plantelor cu fier, astfel încât sunt apreciate ca fiind asigurate suficient cu fier plantele la care cantitatea acidului 5-aminolevulinic în condiţiile cultivării in vitro este mai mare de 70 nmol/g, iar în condiţiile de câmp mai mare de 20 nmol/g de masă verde.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în reducerea termenului de apreciere a asigurării plantelor cu fier şi a rezistenţei soiului la cloroză în procesul de selecţionare.
