Abstract

The invention relates to the agriculture, particularly to the viticulture and may be used for the assessment of the plant iron ensurance degree and in the selection of the chlorosis-resistant varieties. The summary of the invention consists in the vine leaves collection, incubation thereof with levulinic acid, maceration, extraction with citric swab, centrifugation and spectrophotometric determination of the 5-aminolevulinic acid, by the content of which is appreciated the iron ensurance of plants so that the plants to which the 5-aminolevulinic acid content in cultivation conditions in vitro is more than 20 nmol/g of green material are estimated to be sufficiently provided with iron. The technical result of the invention consists in the reducing the terms of appreciation of providing the plants with iron and variety resistance to chlorosis during selection.
