Abstract
Изобретение относится к сельскому хозяйству, а именно к виноградарству и может быть использовано при оценке степени обеспеченности растений железом и в селекции при выборе сортов устойчивых к хлорозу.Сущность изобретения состоит в сборе листьев винограда, их инкубирование с левулиновой кислотой, измельчение, экстрагирование цитратным буфером, центрифугирование и спектрофотометрическое определение 5-аминолевулиновой кислоты, по содержанию которой оценивают обеспеченность растений железом, при этом считают достаточно обеспеченными железом растения, у которых количество 5-аминолевулиновой кислоты в условиях культивирования in vitro больше чем 70 нмоль/г, а в полевых условиях - больше чем 20 нмоль/г зеленой массы.Технический результат изобретения состоит в уменьшении сроков оценки обеспеченности растений железом и устойчивости сорта к хлорозу в процессе селекции.
