Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a dioxidului de titan nanodispers, care poate fi utilizat in calitate de pigment in materialele de lacuri si vopsele, precum si in calitate de catalizator in diverse domenii ale industriei. Procedeul include tratarea solutiei apoase de 20…50% de tetraclorura de titan cu amoniac, extruziunea solutiei complexului obtinut printr-un sistem de microorificii cu intreruperea jetului intr-un agent frigorific lichid cu formarea particulelor sferice de complex criohidrat cu continut de titan, pseudofluidizarea ulterioara a particulelor supraracite si descompunerea hidrolitica, cu formarea particulelor de dioxid de titan, intr-un flux de aer incalzit pana la temperatura de 200…500°C. Totodata, in calitate de agent frigorific lichid se utilizeaza azotul lichefiat.
