Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a dioxidului de titan nanodispers, care poate fi utilizat in calitate de pigment in materialele de lacuri si vopsele, precum si in calitate de catalizator in diverse domenii ale industriei. Procedeul include tratarea solutiei apoase de 20…50% de tetraclorura de titan cu amoniac, extruziunea solutiei complexului obtinut printr-un sistem de microorificii cu intreruperea jetului intr-un agent frigorific lichid cu formarea particulelor sferice de complex criohidrat cu continut de titan, pseudofluidizarea ulterioara a particulelor supraracite si descompunerea hidrolitica, cu formarea particulelor de dioxid de titan, intr-un flux de aer incalzit pana la temperatura de 200…500°C. Totodata, in calitate de agent frigorific lichid se utilizeaza azotul lichefiat.The invention relates to a process for obtaining titanium dioxide nanodisperses, which can be used as a pigment in varnishes and paints, and as a catalyst in various fields of industry. The process includes treating the aqueous solution of 20 ... 50% of titanium tetrachloride with ammonia, extrusion of the solution of the complex obtained through a system of microorifications with the interruption of the jet in a liquid refrigerant with the formation of spherical particles of a cryohydrate complex with titanium content, pseudofluidization. of the supercooled particles and the hydrolytic decomposition, with the formation of titanium dioxide particles, in a flow of air heated to 200 ... 500 ° C. At the same time, as a liquid refrigerant, liquefied nitrogen is used.
