Abstract

The invention relates to the chemical coatings, in particular to a boron-containing coating. The process for chemical obtaining of boron-containing coating includes dissolution in the water of the complexing agent, the electrochemical activation of the obtained solution in the cathodic space of the diaphragm cell, at a pH 9,5...11,0, dissolution in the activated solution of electrolyte salts of the boron-containing reducing agent, of the stabilizer, heating of the electrolyte solution and deposition of coating at the temperature of 60...70oC. As complexing agent there may be used sodium citrate, as reducing agent ? dimethylaminoborane, as electrolyte ? nickel chloride and/or cobalt chloride, and as stabilizer thallous nitrate(I), in the following component ratio, in g/l:nickel chloride10,0...15,0cobalt chloride10,0...20,0sodium citrate20,0...25,0dimethylaminoborane1,0...4,0thallous nitrate(I)0,001...0,005.
